great location with room for improvement

The location was decent. The room was clean, showing attention to detail in the housekeeping. I appreciated the comfortable bed that provided a good night's rest.

The walls were quite thin, making it difficult to ignore noise from neighboring rooms.

We liked its comfy and handy location.

The breakfast was hot, well presented and with lots of options.

I thoroughly enjoyed its immaculately clean and updated rooms.

The hotel itself was a nice option. The property was in a favourable location close to a good shopping mall, local restaurant and National Parks. Popped in Wingers Restaurant for shots before sleep, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Comfortable beds but missing details

The staff was genuinely kind and attentive. Waking up to a well-maintained pool area was a highlight of my stay, perfect for a leisurely morning.

The breakfast options were uninspired and often low on supplies. The internet connectivity was annoyingly slow and disrupted my plans.

For the value I found this hotel was far more enjoyable than I had expected. It was a special night for my family and they improved on that. Thank you!

I was furious when I found dirty carpets and peeling paint in our King Room. The pool and hot tub were closed, and they charged us despite the fact they were out of service. Breakfast was a chaos with the staff struggling to find plates when we arrived, and there wasn't a clean table for us to sit down and eat.

Wow, where do I even start? The breakfast was barely warm, and charging $10 for it is absurd. I also can't fathom how the hot tub was closed yet they had the audacity to charge us for it. I almost wanted to give a good review, but NOT after this experience.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Every morning, the breakfast was fresh with quick refills. We enjoyed visiting nearby local attractions like the beautiful waterfalls and unique shops, highly recommend this spot for group getaways!
